Dear Parents and Caregivers,
Over the past couple of weeks, our preschoolers have been enjoying an exciting school holiday programme. It was lovely to see all children dressing up and participating in a range of creative activities.
We are now in term 4 and we are looking forward to organising our annual children’s Christmas party. We are happy to announce that we have confirmed a date for the 11th of December 2020. Please keep this date free in your calendars and we will let you know further details closer to the date. Just a reminder there is only 72 more sleep’s until Christmas.
Thank you to all parents who completed the Christmas Holiday form. I will be sending out a final list of children attending preschool for the extra days before Christmas. If your child is not on the list for the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd and you would like care, please let me know as soon as possible.
I have enjoyed a few special moments with children over the past month. One moment I would like to share was when Peanut (Neroli’s Budgie) visited our senior and junior students. It was such a joy to see their excitement and interest as they gazed through the cage. I’m pretty sure Peanut was enjoying his audience as he fluttered about. They were intrigued to see his little feathers falling to the bottom of the cage and wondered why he had a ‘fat belly’. Neroli explained that he likes his food and sometimes eats too much.
